Whether you need soil, mulch, bark, stones, sand, or firewood, our trucks can bring it straight to your property. We also deliver seven days a week, making it easier to plan your project around your schedule.
Every property is different, so we’ve designed our delivery system to be as straightforward as possible. First, choose the products you need and add them to your cart. After that, when entering your delivery address, the checkout will automatically give you the cheapest delivery option. You can also add notes for where to deliver.
To make your delivery smooth and stress-free, please ensure there is clear access to the drop-off area. Gates should be open, vehicles moved, and pets secured. Meanwhile, if you have a preferred tipping spot, mark it clearly so our driver knows exactly where to unload. Please also tell us about any hazards such as steep driveways, soft ground, or low trees.
Rural properties often require extra planning. Therefore, we recommend contacting us before placing your order if you live outside standard delivery zones. We can confirm access, travel time, and any additional fees. In many cases, rural deliveries can still be completed the same day.
Projects don’t always go to plan. For this reason, we offer same‑day delivery when possible. Availability depends on truck scheduling and product stock. If you need materials urgently, call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

In some cases, we can deliver two products in one trip. However, this depends on the materials you select and the truck available. Some products may run the risk of contamination for example a little bit of compost falling into your white stones.

Builders Mix is the heaviest product we supply. When ordering it for delivery, please reduce the maximum allowable volume for heavy products by 0.5 cubic metres to ensure safe transport.

Currently our services cover approximately 50kms from the yard. In some cases, we can deliver to areas outside this range by agreement. If your location is not listed on our website, Please contact us to discuss pricing for delivery not listed on our website. However, certain properties may have restrictions that limit heavy vehicle access. Because of this, the customer is responsible for ensuring our trucks can safely reach the delivery location.
Customers must provide clear and safe access for heavy vehicles. This includes ensuring that driveways, entrances, and access routes are suitable for truck delivery. Additionally, any potential risks or limitations should be considered before placing an order.
Prior to delivery, we recommend that customers inspect the site. This helps identify obstacles or hazards that could prevent safe access for heavy vehicles. As a result, deliveries can be completed more efficiently and with fewer delays.
By placing an order, the customer authorizes our heavy vehicles to access the specified delivery location. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, or approvals for heavy vehicle access under local regulations.
The Landscape Supply Yard takes no responsibility for any damage to property, including but not limited to driveways, walkways, landscaping, or structures.
We are also not liable for any damage to property or other losses arising from heavy vehicle delivery, provided reasonable procedures have been followed.
Customers must provide a safe and suitable unloading area. The zone should be free from obstructions and allow our drivers to unload materials efficiently. In addition, the area should support the weight and movement of heavy vehicles.
If required, customers agree to assist during unloading. This helps ensure that materials are delivered safely and placed in the correct location.
If customers have concerns about access or delivery conditions, they must notify The Landscape Supply Yard as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues promptly.
The Landscape Supply Yard is not liable for property damage or other losses arising from heavy vehicle delivery, provided that reasonable delivery procedures have been followed.
