We will happily deliver any product, 7 days a week. Delivery rates are shown below, however, additional fees may apply if your address is not within our pre-determined zones. We no longer deliver to destinations outside of a 50km radius of our shop location on Summerhill Drive.
Small Truck
Our small truck is able to easily access small town driveways, only 2m of clearance (width ways) is needed. We have the ability to split the bin into two compartments, meaning we can deliver one or two bulk bin products at the same time, along with any other non-bulk products you might like delivered.

Big Truck
At least 3m of clearance (width ways) is needed for access in our bigger truck as well as adequate height access (i.e. no low hanging branches or power lines). We have the ability to split the bin into two compartments, meaning we can carry one or two bulk bin products at a time.

- Builders Mix is the heaviest of our products and so when ordering builders mix for delivery please reduce the maximum volume for heavy weighted product by 0.5 cubic meters
Non-Bulk Deliveries
If you wish to get a delivery that only consists of items that are not from our bulk bins (this does not include our bulk bin bagged items) and you live in our Local or Palmerston North City zones, then you must make a purchase with a minimum value of $40 to be eligible for delivery which comes at a cost of $35.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Area and Restrictions:
Our delivery services cover approximately 50kms from the yard and by agreement, we can delivery to areas outside of this. Please contact us to discuss pricing for delivery not listed on our website. Please note that certain properties may have restrictions on heavy vehicle access. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that our heavy vehicles can safely access the delivery location.
Property Access and Responsibility:
The customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for providing clear and safe access to the property for our heavy vehicles. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that driveways, entrances, and any access routes are suitable for heavy vehicle delivery.
Site Inspection:
Prior to delivery, it is recommended that the customer performs a site inspection to identify any potential obstacles or hazards that may impede the safe delivery of goods by heavy vehicles.
Delivery Authorization:
By placing an order, the customer authorizes our heavy vehicles to access the specified delivery location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for heavy vehicle access are obtained, if required by local regulations.
No Responsibility for Property Damage:
The Landscape Supply Yard takes no responsibility for any damage to property, including but not limited to driveways, walkways, landscaping, or structures, caused during the delivery process by our heavy vehicles.
Safe Unloading Zone:
The customer is responsible for designating a safe and suitable unloading zone on the property. This area should be free from obstructions and allow for the safe and efficient unloading of goods.
Assistance during Unloading:
If required, the customer agrees to provide assistance during the unloading process to ensure the safe and secure delivery of goods.
Notification of Concerns:
In the event of any concerns or issues related to heavy vehicle access, the customer must notify The Landscape Supply Yard promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Liability Limitation:
The Landscape Supply Yard shall not be liable for any damage to property or any other losses arising from heavy vehicle delivery, provided that The Landscape Supply Yard has followed reasonable procedures for delivery.
